My Codes Are Not Showing in hh2! HELP

Synchronization tool is not syncing.

There can be many causes for a sync tool not to work properly. Below are a few simple steps you should take to help solve the issue prior to submitting a support ticket to hh2.

-Make sure your your sync tool's user name/password is current.

-Double check that the Job(s) and/or cost code(s) are setup correctly and assigned a category. For cost codes, they must be setup with a Labor category.

-Move the date selector in the sync tool back a couple days and then sync.

If these steps still have not solved the problem, please submit a support ticket with details on the job/cost codes not syncing and when they were created in Timberline.
