How do you add ID's in the Info Section for Employees

I am trying to enter Identifications, ie: Resident Alien Cards and Driver's License numbers under the Identifications Tab under the Info Tab in an Employee Record. I am repeatedly getting the "Error" message. What am I doing wrong?

It looks like we just need to update your HR build to the latest version. This issue was tested and fixed in our latest software release.
